This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
Account data: username, email address and authentication records handled by our authentication provider.
Activity data: opportunities you start and complete, rewards credited, referral relationships, withdrawal requests, wallet addresses you add, notifications and support messages.
Security data: session records and technical signals such as IP address used for fraud prevention.
Why we use it
To operate your account, credit rewards accurately, process withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to make automated punitive decisions without human review.
What we never store
We never store private keys or seed phrases, and we never ask for them. A payout address is public information; a private key is not.
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text by the platform.
Access controls
Your sensitive records are protected by row-level access rules so that only you and authorised administrators can read them.
Retention and your rights
We keep records for as long as needed to operate the platform, meet legal obligations and investigate abuse.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the Support Center.
NEXORA is a rewards and opportunity platform. It is not an investment platform, does not accept deposits for investment purposes, and never promises profits or guaranteed returns.
