You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction and may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.

NEXORA lists opportunities that may result in a reward when the stated requirements are met. Rewards are not wages, interest, dividends or investment returns.

NEXORA does not accept deposits, does not manage funds on your behalf and makes no representation about future earnings.

You may not use automation, multiple accounts, false identities, VPN abuse, or any method intended to claim rewards without genuinely completing an activity.

Attempting to manipulate the referral system, partner offers or reward records may result in reversal of rewards, suspension or termination.

A reward becomes available only after eligibility is confirmed. Where a third party determines eligibility, their decision applies.

Balances shown in your account represent recorded rewards, not a stored-value account or a financial deposit.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout and are subject to the minimum amount, supported networks and fees shown at the time of your request.

You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and selecting the correct network. Transfers to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms. Where practical we will review flagged activity before acting.

Platform configuration such as reward amounts, referral rewards, minimum withdrawal and supported networks may change. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the platform.
