Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are reviewed by a person before any payout is sent. This policy explains the requirements and each status.
Requirements
The minimum withdrawal is $15 USDT unless the platform displays a different configured minimum on the withdrawal screen.
Only your available balance can be withdrawn. Pending rewards must be verified and credited first.
You must confirm that the wallet address and selected network are correct before submitting.
Networks and fees
Supported networks are USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20, subject to platform configuration. The network fee and the estimated amount you will receive are shown before you confirm.
Sending to a wallet that does not support the selected network can permanently lose the funds. NEXORA cannot reverse a blockchain transfer.
Status definitions
Pending — request received and queued. Under Review — verification or security checks in progress. Processing — approved and being paid out. Completed — payout sent, with the transaction ID recorded. Rejected — not approved, with a reason. Cancelled — withdrawn by you or by an administrator before payout.
Transaction records
A transaction ID is recorded only when a genuine transfer has been made. NEXORA does not generate placeholder transaction IDs or simulated blockchain confirmations.
